Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final. Noor e Libas does not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing preference, colour preference, or an incorrect item/size selected by the customer.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.
Any item reviewed for a delivery or product issue must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and kept with its original tags and packaging. Please do not send an item back unless you have received written return instructions from us.
After reviewing an eligible claim, we may provide an appropriate resolution such as a replacement, store credit, or refund where applicable. Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
